Internetmedia’s overall policy is to satisfy our clients with the services we provide and the work we do, and inspire confidence in our capability to carry out the jobs we undertake. To ensure that we live up to our policies, our staff takes part in ongoing training to keep us at the cutting edge when it comes to teaching, using and providing new technology.
Security policy
Information entrusted to Internetmedia is always absolutely confidential. All media and documents are kept inaccessible to unauthorized parties in locked spaces. In the same way Internetmedia protects its own computers against unauthorized access, we maintain the highest level of security for our clients’ websites and e-mail. Our e-mail servers are always protected by up-to-date antivirus software. Web servers are kept behind secure firewalls and are backed up at least every other weekday.
Client policy
Our clients should always feel welcome and confident of the services we provide. Our focus is always on the client as we work together to identify the client’s particular needs. We always deal with requests for changes and complaints in keeping with the client’s wishes. Our customer relations are covered by a “satisfied client” guarantee lasting up to six months from completion of a given assignment.
